Pasadena is a charter city with a city council - city manager form of government. Pasadena has 7 City Council districts and beginning in May 1999, a Mayor elected at-large.
City Council meetings are held every Monday beginning with closed session at 5:30pm. The general session begins at 6:30pm.
General session is open to the public and parking as available on the street in Civic area.
