A. When your ceiling has sprung a leak from the upstairs bathroom and you look online for a plumber (obviously you need one in a hurry) and a bunch of plumbing guys come up, some from Fresno or Anaheim, and the closest one is in West Covina...that’s just wrong. That was the beginning of justPasadena.com. It sprang from an urgent need and several other frustrating attempts to find local services and products online quickly.

A. Well...just Pasadena businesses only.

A. Any customer (local or otherwise) may request a quote from local businesses:
- Go to the Get-A-Quote page.
- Select a category of business.
- Fill in a form describing the service or product needed.
- Include time frame and budget if applicable.
- The request is emailed to all business members in the selected category.
- The contact information of the customer is kept confidential.
- The businesses may reply to us with a quote for the customer.
- We forward the quote and the business contact information to the customer.
- The customer review the quotes and contacts the business preferred.
